Surgical Technique:
Size the Acetabulum
Acetabular sizing is recommended using preoperative templates, the excised femoral head, or the trial shells. When using trial shells attach the Acetabular Sizer handle to the appropriate trial shell and size the acetaulum. When using the excised femoral head, use measuring calipers to determine the diameter of the head. |
