Endotec does not offer a line of revision ankle components since in cases of ankle reconstruction failure or the need to correct other, earlier failed surgery, such as fusion takedown, a custom device is usually required.
Endotec has considerable experience in the design of custom joint replacements particularly of the ankle.

Advanced Ankle Replacement
The mobile bearing Buechel-Pappas™ Total Ankle Replacement System is the culmination of over twenty five years of research and development. It fully exploits the mobile bearing concept by maintaining complete congruity for all phases of motion. Further it provides normal ankle motion and stability along with this congruity. The low wear ceramic coating of superior biocompatibility; along with its porous coated ingrowth fixation geometry provide a realistic expectation for a long life and perhaps a lifetime joint replacement.

The Salto Talaris, which has been modeled after the human anatomy and is positioned to redefine the classic approach to ankle arthroplasty. The innovative Salto Talaris now provides surgeons the ability to reproduce the natural flexion/extension axis of the ankle with an anatomic design. The Salto Talaris implant design and instrumentation is founded on the Salto mobile-bearing ankle prosthesis, which has been in clinical use since 1997. The Salto Talaris provides accuracy and reproducibility with the Precision Instrumentation that has evolved to allow a fixed-bearing implant design and repres

Proven geometric bearing surface
This historical bearing design has restored natural painless function of the ankle in patients over many years. The bearing design is comprised of a flat distal tibia surface that articulates with the flat proximal face of the UHMWPE bearing, allowing unconstrained movement and a deep sulcus on the talus which is congruent with the distal face of the bearing insert allowing AP motion whilst maintaining stability of the implants.
Titanium nitride bearing coating
The tibia and talus components are made from biocompatible titanium alloy with a titanium nitride
